Meredith Fine, MPH, RDN, LDN is a Registered Dietitian with over 18 years of experience working with diverse patient populations in both public health and clinical settings. She is passionate about encouraging and motivating individuals and families to achieve healthy lifestyle changes.
During her career, Meredith has worked with elementary school districts providing nutrition and fitness programming for youth, in Internal Medicine and Pediatric practices providing Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for adults and kids, and nearly 10 years working with the Medicaid population in North Carolina to provide MNT and nutrition education for patients in their homes, provider offices and in the community. In addition to her full-time positions throughout the years, Meredith has also been an instructor for the healthy lifestyle classes Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less (ESMMWL) and Eat Smart, Move More, Prevent Diabetes (ESMMPD) offered through NC State University as well as seen clients at her private practice in Chapel Hill since 2010.
In August 2019 Meredith relocated with her family from Durham, North Carolina to the Denver-Metro area of Colorado. She continues to teach ESMMWL and see clients at her private practice while also staying home with her young children. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family exploring Colorful Colorado.
